Fearful punters are extremely happy about the the U.S. Government’s delay of the implementation of UIGEA. There had been some movements in recent times that showed that targeting individual patrons was going to be a big part of the equation from a law enforcement point of view.

The wheels of the legislative process in Washington move very slowly and six months is a very short period of time in this sort of context.
